Meet Alex Jones-Moreno
Life can be overwhelming. Whether you're navigating grief, family challenges, ministry pressures, major life decisions, leadership responsibilities, or a season of uncertainty, you don't have to walk through it alone.
For more than 25 years, Alex Jones-Moreno has helped individuals, couples, families, pastors, ministry leaders, and nonprofit founders find hope, clarity, and practical next steps during some of life's most difficult moments. As an ordained minister, co-founder of Reach Up Reach Out Ministries, graduate of UCLA's Master of Social Work program, and Grief Recovery Method Specialist, Alex brings a unique combination of spiritual wisdom, compassionate listening, professional training, and real-world experience.
Alex has spent decades walking alongside people through grief and loss, relationship struggles, leadership challenges, faith questions, ministry burnout, life transitions, and personal growth journeys. He has ministered locally and internationally, served vulnerable communities worldwide, and helped countless individuals discover renewed purpose, healing, and hope.
Alex's greatest joys and accomplishments are his nearly 30-year marriage to his wife, Shunna, and being the father of Layla and Caleb. These relationships have shaped his understanding of love, faith, resilience, and the importance of walking alongside others through every season of life.
Perhaps most significantly, Alex understands suffering firsthand. Following the loss of his son Caleb after a courageous battle with cancer, Alex has continued helping others navigate grief, faith, and resilience with authenticity, empathy, and compassion. While he would never choose that journey, it has deepened his understanding of loss and strengthened his commitment to helping others find hope even in life's hardest moments.
His coaching style is warm, honest, practical, faith-centered, and free of judgment. Rather than offering quick answers, Alex creates a safe space where people can process their experiences, gain perspective, hear God's voice more clearly, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
You don't need to have everything figured out. Sometimes the next step begins with a conversation.
